He served as a College Chair, and Academic Dean, managing course content, student and faculty development, and has served as Vice-Chair of the Washington State Chapter of the International Association of Hospital Safety and Security Board. Arthur Jackson is a graduate of the University of Houston, with an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and Minor in Math, and has worked for a number of years in project management for companies such as Exxon, and several consulting firms, as well as operating his own engineering company in the state of Alaska, where he managed the installation of the first electronic card key access system in an international airport. He is a graduate of Antioch University with a Juris Doctorate in law in 1987, who has conducted litigation for companies across the United States.
