    Course Description:

    This is a class designed to explain the Emergency Medical System and how it relates to the average Lay Person. This class is approximately 40 minutes in length, and designed for beginner, medium, and advanced students. It takes the student through all the levels of Emergency medical Systems, and provides discussion of the skill levels as well as discussion of legal responsibilities. In this course you will get a through review of all the groups in EMS

    The class starts with a definition of EMS, followed by a diagram of the EMS system, individual explanations and analysis of all groups in EMS.

    • Teaching students the overall structure of EMS
    • They will learn to identify capabilities of individual groups in the EMS system
    • Learn the history and legal responsibilities of each group in the EMS system

Arthur Jackson is a graduate of the University of Houston, with an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and Minor in Math, and has worked for a number of years in project management for companies such as Exxon, and several consulting firms, as well as operating his own engineering company in the state of Alaska, where he managed the installation of the first electronic card key access system in an international airport. He is a graduate of Antioch University with a Juris Doctorate in law in 1987, who has conducted litigation for companies across the United States.
