The Emergency Medical System
How the Emergency Medical System works and the key groups in the system.
This is a class designed to explain the Emergency Medical System and how it relates to the average Lay Person. This class is approximately 40 minutes in length, and designed for beginner, medium, and advanced students. It takes the student through all the levels of Emergency medical Systems, and provides discussion of the skill levels as well as discussion of legal responsibilities. In this course you will get a through review of all the groups in EMS
The class starts with a definition of EMS, followed by a diagram of the EMS system, individual explanations and analysis of all groups in EMS.

- Teaching students the overall structure of EMS
- They will learn to identify capabilities of individual groups in the EMS system
- Learn the history and legal responsibilities of each group in the EMS system
